Job Description

Our client is an education technology company . To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a high caliber Senior Sales to join them. The ideal candidate must have strong sales experience and good passion in education industry.

Responsibilities:
• Lead sales team to explore and develop new business opportunities
• Initiate and implement sales strategies to generate new leads and upsell to ensure achieve sales target
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and analysis report to provide insights and optimization
• Propose value-add offerings and business solutions to management team
• Partner with key internal teams(Marketing ,Content, CS) to identify the most-impact opportunities to drive sales

Requirements:
• Diploma holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in telesales/subscription/education/parental sales experience preferred; Candidate will less experience will also be considered
• Good passion in education field will be a plus
• Strong command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
• Team-player, self-motivated, sales-driven, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Great organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
