Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, execute and commission complex projects according to scope and budget.
  • Oversee quality control and risk management throughout the life cycle of the project.
  • Monitor and control the project progress, resources, cost and deliverable.
  • Maintain close relationships with customers and ensure they are updated on project status and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with major eCommerce Cloud’s project manager in the daily management of project site, organize customer communications, problem solving, risk identification, demand/resource planning, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple large-scale, complex IT projects concurrently and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Possess 8 years of software-related work experience; especially in software research and development, including testing and integration.
  • Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong customer-service orientation and able to communicate effectively with all levels.

Preferred skills and experience

  • PMP, PRINCE2 and other project management certification
  • Proficient in Mandarin (written and verbal), so as to communicate with colleagues and customers based in Mainland Chin
