Job Description


  • Responsible for managing ICT infrastructure projects including resources, timeline, delivery, quality, user expectation and project finance 
  • Liaise with Business team and IT/Project Management/Design/Property Management team to coordinate/discuss IT, AV and security requirements and offer sound technology solutions for the delivery of projects 
  • Responsible for IT superstructure and architecture
  • Oversee the deliverables of ICT consultant/contractor for infrastructure setup including but not limited to data/voice network setup, servers, WiFi, security appliances, IP CCTV, BMS & EMS and structural cabling
  • Co-ordinate with other project contractors and consultant for Smart building solutions implementation such as, smart community Apps, Back-of-House IT systems, e-Payment, Facial Recognition, Smart Living systems, Facilities Booking Apps, 5G, IoT, smart devices, sensors and metering 
  • Establish client facing documentation outlining standard technology offerings
  • Review and implement the ICT documentations, formulate and perform the User Acceptance Test, detailed reports on projects progress, problems and solutions 


  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related Engineering disciplines 
  • At least 10 years' relevant working experience, in which at least 5 years as manager role in lead team in IT Infrastructure 
  • Certifications such as PMP, RCDD, Six Sigma preferred and familiar with project management software and practices
  • Broad knowledge and solid experience on structural cabling, server room design and build, network and server's architecture, IP CCTV, etc. with proficiency in reading and interpreting floor plans, technical drawings and specifications
  • Passion in new technology and innovation to envisage future trends
  • A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environments 
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese
