Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer / Project Administrator to join our management team on a major infrastructure project in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Acting as Purchasing Officer and Project Administrator.
  2. Arrange LPOs for site requirements.
  3. Co-ordinate deliveries with site and logistics teams.
  4. Co-ordinate and arrange shipment clearing.
  5. Co-ordinate and arrange / send / receive samples.
  6. Verify and process site invoices.
  7. Assist in sourcing local suppliers.
  8. Reconcile all procurement documentation.
  9. General office management such as ordering office supplies.
  10. Perform clerical duties and maintain general filing.
  11. Assist in the preparation of ISO documentation.
  12. Document Control.
Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years' experience in construction projects.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  3. Self motivated with the ability to work well in a team.
  4. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  5. Willing to learn and grow professionally as part of a small, dynamic team.
