We’re looking for a digital assistant marketing person to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing task to grow the user base of our platform.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks including handling enquiries / complaints (Whatsapp/ Social Media / Phone calls)
  • Supporting role in organizing various marketing projects
  • Assist in the development of digital marketing, social media strategies, new customer acquisition; including SEO / SEM, planning and overseeing of social media campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Measure and report performance of all implemented digital marketing campaigns
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Support the creation of publication contents, ensure digital media contents is up to date, deliver consistent messages, proper usage of the RMHC trademarks and is measured against clear KPIs
  • Ad hoc duties per assigned including answering online enquiries; new and Existing customer acquisition and relationship management
  • Develop and understanding and knowledge of existing courses to make appropriate courses recommendations  to new and existing customers
  • New and existing teachers’ review, recruitment and orientation
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Requirements: 

  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • 1-2 years of marketing or e-commerce experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge in digital marketing, e-commerce and emerging digital technology, social trends and insights preferable
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Organized, flexible, be able to deal with multiple projects & meet tight deadlines
  • Hands on experience in digital analytic tools, managing digital content, email, SMS, CRM and social marketing an advantage
  • Someone with understands the energy and passion needed of any successful startup team
