Job Description


  • Handle full set documents of shipments, with customers, third-Party logistics, bank and factories 
  • Handle complaints or enquiries from factories, customers & internal departments via email and/or on phone
  • Generate reports
  • Prepare spare part quotation & maintain customer’s database
  • Assist on sales orders following up (including spare parts orders)
  • Assist on sales administrative (purchasing order, sales quotation/invoice)
  • Handle inspection bookings and follow up
  • Performing general clerical, ad hoc and filing duties


  • Fast-learner & adapt to changes
  • Knowledge and experience in Shipping / Logistics is preferable (Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related field)
  • Good computer literacy is a must & ERP experience is preferable
  • Flexible, good communication and interpersonal skills to cope with a young and dynamic team
  • Form 7 or above
  • Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in using Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Independent with a team player mentality and able to work under pressure
