Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily office administrative support, including procurement & maintenance of office equipment and supplies, filing and data entry
  • Perform general receptionist duties, including handling incoming calls, answer enquiries and greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Arrange meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Assist with equipment set-up for meetings
  • Ensure whole office area is tidy, presentable, comfortable, safe and well-organized
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to operation teams in daily operations
  • Outdoor work is a must (such as mailing, document/parcel delivery, bank-in cheque, etc.)
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned


  • HKCEE / HKDSE graduates or above with at least 1-year relevant experience
  • Mature, able to work independently, reliably and flexibly
  • Well organized, detail minded and strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skill with pleasant personality
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
