Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the systems access team to handle system user ID maintenance requests
  • Conduct regular review on the User Account and Privileged Account policy and procedure and ensure it is compliance with the regulatory requirement
  • Ensure security related account requests are properly authorized, compliance with security policy, with sufficient information is provided
  • Perform system / application account administration
  • Implement security control request of application projects and operation systems
  • Maintain good record keeping for all requests and documentation
  • Prepare regular / adhoc statistical report and documentation

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant work experience preferably in banking industry
  • Experience in system / application account administration
  • Familiar with computer-related products and facilities
  • Conversant with Lotus Notes, MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Experience in Door Access System (Lenel / AFX) operational maintenance support is preferable
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
