Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will be reporting to the Director of Sales of the Company
  • Manager accounts as assigned within APAC regions
  • Process orders including trials, request new part numbers, monitor, expedite and provide delivery information
  • Process customer advisories, samples, RMA's credits and internal forms
  • Coordinate shipments to customers
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and drive for the corrective actions and root cause analysis
  • Verify and correct billing problems and errors
  • Response to customer inquiries and follow up on customer interactions
  • Maintain and update customer master library and files
  • Lead and coordinate with daily management and system tools
  • Daily monitoring on open order status and assist on weekly sales forecasting 
  • Provide sales information and metrics updates to support sales activities and reporting where applicable
  • Assist and provide price quotation
  • Provide coverage, guidance and support towards other CSR 
  • Participate and co-ordinate order management and other relevant improvement projects with global team 
  • Work with Finance / Sales team as a secondary supporting role to improve DSO/AR for open credit customers 
  • Other appropriate duties as assigned

Requirement

  • University graduate, preferably in Manufacturing/Trading or business discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience preferably in B2B customer service, Manufacturing related background
  • Sales-oriented, proactive, attention to details, and with can-do attitude
  • Fast paced, able to work efficiently both as a team and individually
  • Attentive to details with strong communication and people skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot) and Word applications
  • Knowledge in ERP and CMS systems e.g. Oracle, Qlikview, Salesforce is an advantage
  • A good command of spoken & written Chinese, English and Putonghua is an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
