Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Own ITSM processes, strategically drive adoption through the IS department
  • Define, design, and implement processes and procedures based on industry standard Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap that drives implementation throughout IS for ITSM delivery, metrics and governance.
  • Partner with other leaders across the organization and champion the day-to-day operation, continuous improvement and governance of the lifecycle of IT Service Management
  • Develop and implement an overall IT Service Management training strategy and plan.
  • Risk & controls management & reporting across all HK services
  • Incident management processes and escalation mechanisms
  • Interaction model with non-Insurance IT teams
  • Up-skilling of onshore and offshore teams in order to embed capabilities in pods
  • Ability to work independently and use influence multiple teams to effect change
Required Qualifications:
  • Good ITIL service management experience
  • Able to clearly articulate understanding of Problem, Change and Event Management processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience utilizing Service Management tools preferably ServiceNow
  • Technical experience working with the Configuration Management database(CMDB) is a plus
Education/Certification/License:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
