Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as create accounts for individual customers in company database system
  • Provide timely response to customer general incoming enquiries, such as status of receipts and information update and retention via phone and email.
  • Handling managerial and clerical details
  • Researched client history in database system
  • Provide constructive feedback for the customer and anticipate the needs in order to ensure positive experience
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
 
Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, with at least 1 year Customer service experience
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered to Senior Position
  • Native in Cantonese, Good Command of in English (oral) and Mandarin
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing (Chinese Word Processing)
  • Interest in beauty industry/ products
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Multilingual may be preferred or required
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
  • Location: Kwai Chung
  • Working on Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturday
