Job Description


  • Provide daily property and facilities management for commercial premises with efficient operations and good housekeeping of facilities within the portfolio
  • Monitor property status, maintenance, renovation projects and other assigned operations tasks
  • Support leasing team in fitting out and reinstatement works arrangement
  • Coordinate with various internal departments and contractors to ensure quality services are provided in cost effective manner with proper quotation, tenders or documentation and complied with statutory requirement and standard
  • Assist in monitoring facilities / properties / equipment / expenditures of the properties with regular inspection
  • Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Higher Diploma or above in Property Management, Facilities Managementor other related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in property management or real estate industry
  • Knowledge and willing to learn multi-skills in property and facilities management
  • Organized, good project management skill and able to work multi-tasks
  • Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Facility Officer
