Job Description


  • Develop and prepare Service documents such as Operation and Maintenance manual, trainer and trainee maintenance manual, maintenance guide cards and training video and simulation application
  • Prepare and update the Service process document such as define the associated Basic services, Service Definition Document (SDD) and Service Management Plan (SMP).
  • Develop and update Service work flow and work instruction of Training for the associated stakeholders
  • Design project training plans and create various format of training materials
  • Conduct onsite and online training to both internal and external parties according to the training plan
  • Handle external and internal Training Logistics


  • Degree or High Diploma in Engineering field
  • 5 years working experience in Engineering field
  • With Documents creation experience is preferred
  • Process minded
  • Team player and good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skill and service attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Occasional shift-duties. Site work required
  • Able to work under pressure in the fast paced working environment
  • Willing to travel
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Service Training Manager
