Our perfect teammate will be: 

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Japanese (preferably Native Japanese Speaker or JLPT N1 Holder ), fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage
  • Strong courteous telephone manner and communication techniques
  • Excellent customer service mindset and logical thinking skills
  • Show flexibility, willingness to multi-task, ability to analyze and good problem-solving skills
  • Minimum Form 5 or Secondary School graduate, plus 1 year's working experiences in customer services / travel industry preferable


  • 英語、日本語の読み書き、会話が堪能であること。日本語を母国語とする、及び、日本語能力試験JLPT N1保有の方が望ましい。)広東語と北京語が堪能であれば、有利です。
  • 礼儀正しい電話マナーとコミュニケーション技術を有すること。
  • 優れた顧客サービス精神と論理的思考があること。
  • 柔軟性、マルチタスクへの意欲、分析力、優れた問題解決力があること。
  • 最低フォーム5または中等学校卒業者、さらに、顧客サービス、旅行業界での1年以上の実務経験が望ましい。

Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
