We are looking for a talented individual who enjoys working at an upscale restaurant environment and open kitchen surroundings. The 2,500-square-foot restaurant in Soho, Hong Kong has the most innovative wine program in the world including numerous curated tastings and events, the largest offering of wines by the glass, and a wine-friendly food menu.
Your main responsibilities are:
Ensure the highest standard of food preparation quality; ensure the highest standards of established hygiene & safety regulation to be maintained at all times. Only candidates with the right to work in Hong Kong may apply.
