Division: Research & Development

Reports to: Head of Research

 

Overview:

  • Own client satisfaction through successful consultancy and execution of social media listening management protocols, processes, and other requirements.
  • Supporting our key clients in digital, social media listening, and crisis monitoring support.
  • Work with and communicate with both client's internal teams and the company's internal teams to fully serve clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Work with the client on-site for at least eight (8) hours per week across a minimum of two (2) days.
  • Participate in training exercises to become familiar with all client platforms.
  • Be the client's partner in advising and assisting with content decisions for community engagement, daily emailer, and crisis management.

Social Media Listening

  • Study the brand and market landscape, developing a deeper understanding of the brand inside and out.
  • Monitor social listening platforms for both marketing opportunities and potential crisis incidents.
  • Execute internal client protocols for any key alerts to be escalated.
  • Conduct community management daily for both marketing/branding and crisis management.

Social Listening Platform Refinement

  • Work with teams within the company to manage client social listening accounts and refine according to specific needs or ad hoc listening requirements.
  • Create, manage, and monitor new dashboards for ad hoc purposes.

Daily Newsletter

  • Search for and identify new trends in social media, digital media, and marketing by keeping a pulse on the marketing landscape.
  • Review and identify major topics that client customers are discussing in relation to the client's brand.
  • Assist client with creation of daily email newsletter on findings from social listening, client's customers, and new trends, to share with the client's key internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of solid experience across digital, social media and content marketing.
  • Experience in social listening activities.
  • Driven with a passion for storytelling and keen interest in social media.
  • Results-driven and digital savvy, with a knack for solving problems.
  • A quick learner and good listener who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Absolutely detail-oriented, organised, efficient and effective.
  • A responsible and professional work ethic, with a personable and light-hearted attitude.
  • Fantastic communicator and positive team player.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Bilingual in spoken and written English and Cantonese a plus.
