Job Description

RESPONSIBILITES: 

The successful candidate will report to the Merchandise Manager/Merchandiser and be responsible to assist them on sourcing and buying articles (main products are Decoration and Seasonal Items) within the Asia market. The main tasks and duties include:

  • Sourcing and Merchandising for the European market
  • Showroom set up for sales meeting
  • Handle samples in/out and storage, data entry & clerical support
  • Follow-up order process and production coordination
  • Liaison with local factories, price, terms and contract negotiations;
  • Prepare buying trips and follow-ups

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Certificate / Diploma with 1 to 2 years relevant experience in decoration and/or seasonal items
  • Experiences in set up showroom is an advantage
  • Fresh Graduates are also in consideration
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
  • Computer literacy - familiar with all Microsoft applications
  • Energetic, proactive, well organized, work with detail, mature, initiative, independent and hardworking, excellent interpersonal skills and team players
  • Willing to travel when necessary
  • Immediate available is an advantage
