Job Description

Our Client is one of the largest wine and spirits seller in the world. They are now looking to expand their business and is seeking for energetic candidates to join their fast growing business to support the sales team.

Our client is a well known wine and spirits seller in the world. They are based in France and they are well established in Hong Kong supporting many events and business. They are now seeking energetic candidates to join their fast growing business and support their sales team.

Description

  • Support Sales Team by providing full-set of sales admin duties
  • Manage sales orders, price setting, new account opening, credit application for approval within the agreed time frame
  • Assist salesman to prepare credit or debit note
  • Manage the filing system for sales team and ensure all the documents, including customer proposals/ sales contracts/ purchase orders,
  • Handle customer enquires via phone calls or e-mails
  • Update order status to customers timely
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative operations in timely manner

Profile

  • 1 - 2 years of sales admin or sales coordinator experience
  • Experience in working in MNC company is preferable
  • Good communication skills and good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Strong problem solving skills
