Job Description

FXCM is looking for a Junior Salesforce administrator in one of our Asia office to support during Asia business hours. We are looking for a motivated individual who has the drive to learn the leading cloud software in the CRM space,, as their primary responsibility. FXCM is an early implementer of Salesforce since 2002 with above 90% adoption rate.  The position will be a key member of the SF team and will be responsible for managing all aspects of SF which include configuration, customization, maintenance and work with our various 3rd Party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily administration and support of Salesforce database including but not limited to managing multiple user set-up, data quality, record types, page layouts, workflows and fields.
  • Providing assistance/support in conjunction with Salesforce administrators with projects or any type of requests.
  • Create and maintain reports for the SF admin team.
  • Notify users if any issues occur with any system Salesforce team is responsible for.
  • Inform staff on system maintenance or downtime.
  • Provide end-users with technical support.
  • Facilitate training for users and for new features.
  • Uphold data quality within Salesforce system by processing duplicate record requests.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies and Salesforce configuration.
  • Work and deploy from Sandbox environment to test all changes to business logic.
  • Assist with testing Apex development in testing environment.
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
  • Troubleshoot and work with users to ensure SF meets their needs.
  • Provide excellent support to "customers" across the globe (internal users) via face to face, chat, telephone and email communications
