FDM is currently seeking a number of ambitious and driven candidates with the aptitude for IT to work as FDM consultants with our top clients including HSBC, Allianz and UBS.

We are currently seeking candidates interested in building a career as a Murex consultant.

 

What is Murex?

Very simply, Murex is a trading and risk management platform that is used by a number of global investment banks. Murex has consistently been recognised as a leader in software development for trading, risk management and processing.

Some of Murex’s customers globally include – ANZ, HSBC, Standard Chartered, UBS and CIMB to name a few.

 

How is the program structured?

The training will take place in the FDM Hong Kong academy, situated at our beautiful office along Victoria Harbour. Once you have completed training, you will work with one or more of our clients in Hong Kong for a minimum of two years. After the two years, you can remain with FDM or you may have the opportunity to transition to an in house role at FDM or to carry on working with the client as a member of their permanent team.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships
  • Ambitious, with a drive to succeed within the digital and banking / finance sector
  • Graduates with a minimum 2:2 degree or above within a Science, Technology, Computing, Engineering, Maths or similar subjects
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Good decision-making skills within fast-paced environments
  • Passion for technology and finance
  • Be able to commit to a two-year contract with FDM upon completion of the training period
  • Fluency in Cantonese
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong

  • Understand to fundamentals of support services
