A well reputed Main Contractor is presently seeking a Key Account Facilities Manager assist them in Hong Kong with recent developments.


To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 


  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Building Services Engineer, Facilitates Management or relevant
  • At least 12+ years with managing service providers (Commercial, Data Centres or related facilities) and have experience with finishes for building structures, plant equipment and monitoring operation and maintenance of all building services installations
  • Should have strong networks and connections with clients, vendors and contractors with business development related works
  • Those with a corporate membership will be an advantage
