- Oversee multiple key accounts (distribution channels) including Luxury and FMCG for cosmetics and beauty brands
- Stock management & Inventory Control to ensure stock loss/damage to the minimum costs
- Assist in product develop projects
- Connect with Key accounts to expedite new purchase orders
- Provide accurate sales quote to key accounts
- Maximize the profitability of different brands, by analyzing the sales reports and the statistics and taking the appropriate actions
- Provide effective coaching and support to achieve target
- To be the one-stop service contact window for the assigned key accounts and follow through each purchase order through completion
- Maintain the best relationship with each key account
- Support all product development and brand awareness
- BA Degree or higher degree holder in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Minimum 5 years or above of related hands on experiences
- Familiar in FMCG trading and distribution industry, beauty background is a plus
- Proven experience to organize industry convention and fair planning
- Able to travel for business if required
- Drive for results and leadership skills
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Constantly be updated with latest sales trends and practices
- Extremely comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
- Good communication and negotiation skills with clients
- Excellent in Excel and ERP inventory system
- Good verbal, written and listening skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales and Marketing Manager
- Immediate available is highly preferred
