Job Description

 Purpose of Role    


The Language Support Specialist associate will be part of a global team providing operational and back office support to the Sales department globally.


 Key Responsibilities (not limited to):


  • Perform back office operations, activate accounts, process transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits), and post deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks);
  • Perform customer service functions and correspond with clients (mainly via email)
  • Liaise directly with Sales team in other locations;
  • Translate business, financial and/or operational related documents; and
  • Other job related tasks, duties and projects as assigned.



Experience & Skills: 

  • BA/BS degree in a related field (preferably Finance, Business Management) preferred;
  • Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint), the Internet, and Adobe Acrobat and must have some proven prior customer service or financial services experience; and
  • Native in German and fluent in written and spoken English with excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills. A team player who is detail-oriented with a high level of organisational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality, multi-task, determine priorities and meet deadlines on time in a fast-paced business environment. A self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
