Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, integrate, and support high-volume customer-facing web channel applications, comprising client, server and database components
  • Work with product owners and responsible for the delivery, on-going success & continuous improvement of a discrete set of products or business services
  • Work with the product owner to ensure that work is de-constructed and translated into development activities across team
  • Ensure that high levels of automation are implemented and maintained across the teams
  • Work closely with Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure and Operation teams to deliver high quality web systems
  • Work with onshore and offshore development team to delivery IT Project
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years’ information systems analysis, design, software development and support experience
  • Hands-on development experience in .NET Framework, Python, SQL (MSSQL / MySQL)
  • Solid experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Web Service-Oriented Applications and large-scale websites development
  • Strong understanding in web performance tuning and data security is an advantage
  • Good understanding on Agile project management framework
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain can do attitude and stay positive towards challenges
  • Strong communications skills in both spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Cantonese would be an advantage
  • Passion for modern and emerging technologies
  • Knowledge on HRM/HRIS/HRMS or payroll software would be a distinct advantage
