Job Description

BLDC motor platform development
- Product design refer to DFA principle and assist process development with process engineering
- Product design refer to DFM principle by working with related COE and C&S
- Develop testing procedure to qualify the product reliability and functionality
BLDC motor development based on the application QFD and requirement
- Customer interface to understand the end product QFD
- Collect the end product requiremenst and transfer to our product design
Project management
- As a project owner to manage on time delivery according to plan timeline.

• Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or related disciplines
• 2 years or above working experience in motor design and application development
• Skilled in CAD, SolidWorks, Catia, or UG
• Knowledge in application specific technology, Materials Selection, DFMEA, QFD, DFM
• Good team player, self-motivated, good problem-solving skills
