Senior Training and Development position in a sizeable and well-established listed Utility company.
Established more than a century ago, my client is a listed utility company with a strong regional presence across Asia Pacific.
You will be one of the key members in the company's Organizational and Talent Development team and be responsible for planning, driving and implementing corporate training and talent development programs. In close collaboration with line management, line training teams, human resources business partners and external training services provider, you will working in an agile and project-based environment to plan, co-design, coordinate, implement, track progress, and evaluate organizational and talent development programs designed to address business's needs, build up the company's overall human capital capacity and foster a learning culture internally. You will be proactively explore the market trends and provide your recommendations on latest training and learning initiatives. You are an integral part of the team, and will make a direct impact on the performance of a renowned organization.
Successful candidate will possess at least 8 years' organizational development, corporate training and talent development experience in sizeable companies. He/she will be a resourceful and collaborative person who demonstrates aptitude for continuous learning, navigating ambiguous situations and solving problems. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong interpersonal and client relations skills with a collaborator mindset.
