If the answer to the above is ‘yes’ we invite you to apply for the position of Learning & Development Manager in the Organisational Development Department.

The primary focus of this role will involve working with the divisional managers and HR to deliver learning solutions to meet with the Club’s business and people development objectives. You will work with divisional stakeholders in the planning and implementation of digital learning solutions and to integrate technology into the Club’s training programmes. You will understand and interpret needs, design and implement learning and development solutions which cover a variety of methodologies such as assessment of individual development needs, digital learning, training workshops etc. to ensure high quality learning and development solutions and delivery.


The Job

You will :

  • provide administrative support on the daily operations of the Hong Kong Jockey Club College (HKJCC) to ensure successful execution of various learning and development initiatives in the club
  • provide courteous services at the reception desk to both external and internal parties
  • respond to enquiries from various channels on course logistics in a professional and efficient manner
  • provide logistical support for the learning and development initiatives in the college. This includes but not limit to processing course enrolment and evaluation as well as ensuring proper setup in each training room
  • Assist in supervising the part-timers reporting duty in the College


About You

You should have:

  • higher diploma or equivalent
  • preferably with clerical/administrative experience in previous role(s); exposure to learning and development is an advantage
  • proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • good command in spoken and written English and Chinese


Terms of Employment

Remuneration Package :

  • 180 working hours / month
  • An initial 2-yr contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
