Job Description

A listed financial institution is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to support the team. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development

 

Requirement:

  • Planning & Developing the Training curriculum for the group level
  • Oversee the learning and talent management function and work very closely with the business and group to define the framework according to the business objectives
  • Design and deliver soft-skills training program
  • Partner with business units to understand learning needs to tailor-made, plan and execute learning solutions
  • Manage the annual performance management process, identify talents and plan development opportunities

Key requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in HR or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, gained in sizable corporations
  • Excellent project management and problem solving skills
  • Experience in talent management, mentoring/coaching, development tracking and digital learning
  • Excellent language skills in English, Mandarin in Cantonese
