Job Description

Our client, a global retailing group is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist. This person will report into the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Familiarize with end-to-end eLearning content planning, design & development and to provide general support in full spectrum of Learning & Development duties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the HR Manager to design and execute staff training and development plan.
  • Conduct research and analysis for training needs, develop training materials and enhance existing training programs.
  • Formulate effective training delivery and methodology.
  • Assist in new employee orientation training / induction and other training programs' arrangement and coordination.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including but not limited to candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, interview arrangement, preparing employment contract.
  • Responsible for identifying and developing creative initiatives to engage employees.
  • Provide update and reports in HR related topics in terms of recruitment, market trend, etc.
  • Support and execute various HR projects such as training system implementation and staff engagement programs.
  • Back up for team members as well as assist in other ad-hoc Administration or Human Resources related tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources or other related Business discipline required.
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources generalist experience gained in sizable organization.
  • Responsible, highest level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Regulations.
  • Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, proactive team player.
  • Good command of verbal & written English and fluency in Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
