Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review standard official documentations for leasing including letter of leasing contracts, tenancy agreements, offer letters, license agreements, etc.
  • Assist in monitoring the tenancy administration system and process
  • Update the leasing management system for retail portfolio
  • Carry out others ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management/Real Estate or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience, leasing experience gained from developer side is preferred
  • Understanding the leasing administration procedure
  • High work commitment, responsible and good communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office with Chinese word processing
