Job Description

The Firm 

A well-known and sizable international law firm with stable and professional working environment is seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment and Development Coordinator focusing on both professional hiring and campus recruitment.


The Opportunity

Reporting to the Legal Recruitment Manager, your duties included but not limited to:-

  • Screening resumes and scheduling interviews for Partners
  • Preparing testing materials for professional staff hiring
  • Preparing welcome kits and assisting in the induction for new joiners
  • Setting up Partners / management meetings on recruitment and development matters
  • Preparing offering and law society documents
  • Conducting reference check if necessary
  • Organizing the law fair by preparing the materials and arranging the logistics
  • Conducting phone interviews for graduate recruitment
  • Assisting in internship program
  • Arranging CPD training courses for lawyers
  • Handling CPR/RME submission by following the requirements of the law society of Hong Kong
  • Preparing general HR reports and CPD record
  • Handling ad hoc HR administrative support


The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 2-3 years solid working experience within legal firm 
  • Experience of CPD, Graduate Recruitment and other HR coordination work will be advantageous
  • Good command of both spoken and written English is a MUST
  • Good understanding of the work for the Law Society of Hong Kong
  • Welcome candidates from local law firm who is able to speak good English as well
  • Candidates with more related working experience will be considered as a Legal Recruitment Specialist with a nicer salary package
