About the company

Secretary role for a leading global Hedge fund/ Asset Management company. To support their dynamic business, they are looking for an experienced legal secretary/ admin assistant who serves as the primary support for their Compliance Team and acts as a liaison between the Head of Compliance and their organisation.

About the job

As a successful admin assistant, you will be responsible to:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Compliance team of 8 people & Head of Compliance
  • Prepare business correspondence, screen emails, draft proposals and presentations with direction from executives
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings/ conference for team across Asia
  • Maintain filing system and ensure the security of records
  • Manage calendar, diary activity and meeting schedule
  • Handle travel arrangements including flights, accommodations and visa applications
  • Provide telephone support and handle calls independently as an executive's representative
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Skills & experiences required

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Diploma or above
  • Excellent command in English and Chinses (Native English preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 year of executive support experience, prefer in a sizeable professional companies (accounting, business advisory, law firms, financial service etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work independently, detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
