Due to the business expansion in the APAC area, they are now seeking for an enthusiastic and passionate Lifestyle Consultant to join their team to provide premium service to the finest local and international clients.
A Premium Lifestyle Company with 30+ years of experience in the lifestyle concierge industry, with the business across the global (US, AU, JP, SG and HK etc.) since 1980s. Our team is well-trained and equipped to meet the high demands of the ever-growing Customer Service market.
Deliver and provide a wide range of tailor-made lifestyle services to the clients via phone calls, emails or live chats
Manage client requests on related art handling activities, as well as recommends solutions and enhancement (Handle project as assigned)
Coordinate with various business channels to ensure the client requests are handled in a professional manner
Report and monitor the working procedures or work flow on a daily basis and ac-hoc as requested
Build and nurture trustworthy and longstanding business relationship proactively with the local and international clients
Balance customer's expectation and maintain superior service level
