Job Description

We are looking for a vibrant and self-driven candidate to help us in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our space, and to look after our most creative community members.

A Location Manager for the inn represents our core value to help great minds to innovate for good causes, and also act as the primary face of our community regarding business operations, sales and marketing aspect.

You need to have a strong passion in the start-up community and loves to engage with new people. Since you will be involved in almost all aspects of operations, we expect you to be smart, self-determined to problem-solve and motivated to push yourself to the next level!

With your help, we will build together this great community filled with good minds and people!

Main Responsibilities:

Community Management

  • Managing the day-to-day operational need of the space, and making sure our member will always be working in the comfort of the inn
  • Be the fore-front of any enquiry from our members, and assisting them in different issues related to the inn
  • Drive regular community activities / events to foster a strong sense of community amongst our member group
  • Explore new opportunities in different membership program to deliver the best community experience to our members

Talent Recruitment & Business Development

  • Finding new talents to grow the community of the inn
  • Overseeing sales & marketing direction of the inn with growth target
  • Leading tours of the space to new prospects talents
  • Maintain good relationship with existing members, as well as developing new member growth channel in external networking events
  • Monitor regular online marketing activities to keep the inn fresh in the market!

Team Management & Collaborations

  • Work closely with other operations team in supporting the regular maintenance work of the inn (i.e. admin, IT etc…)
  • Prepare monthly P&L and other financial analysis with the help of Finance team
  • Proactive and consistent communications with internal operations team to identify new area of improvement

Are you “The One” that we are looking for?

  • Experience in working in a co-working space environment is definitely a plus, but not 100% required. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of (Senior) Community Associates.
  • We don’t have any preference in your academic background, but letting us know will be good!
  • Strong business development & marketing sense ; previous experience in this field would be great!
  • Very good with new / existing customer and considered yourself as a people person
  • Not afraid to talk to new people; solid communications and presentation skills
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty on day-to-day operational task
  • Kind-hearted and willing to work with others every single day
