Job Description

Job Summary

Lead and manage the operations of the Hong Kong Office to provide excellent customer experience, which entails overseeing, planning and coordinating the work flow of the entire customer service to coincide with the logistic, warehouse and distribution. This will involve:

  • Ensure proper procedures and control are in place for associate and customer enrollment, order processing, payment collection, products returns, exchanges and refunds, and other related customer service functions;
  • Manage and direct the shipping activities to provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally and insures accurate, timely, and cost effective shipments of parcels to all customers.
  • Provide analytical solutions and decision making processes to meet inventory, customer service requirements and corporate objectives.

 

Essential Functions

  • Prioritize and supervise daily work of the Operations team to meet operational demands such as customs clearance of incoming shipments, internal transfer of inventory, customer shipment, proper documentation and etc to ensure all inventory are properly accounted for at all times.
  • Conduct physical stock count and analyze and resolve any variance identified and make adjustments accordingly.
  • Liaise with customer service team and coordinate with the US warehouse and local third party warehouse to ensure that stocks are at its optimal level at all times i.e. ability to work effectively with all personnel both domestically and internationally is critical.
  • Coordinate and work closely with the Marketing and Customer Service teams on all promotion activities and new product launches to ensure successful implementation.
  • Establish and maintain standard operations procedures.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure ongoing availability of general office facilities.

 

Additional Job Functions

  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse area and office area.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of administrative activities, including but not limited to office facilities management, security and housekeeping.
  • Participate in implementing new practices for continuous improvement in a growing and cost-conscious environment.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.

 

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

  • At least 5 years of logistics, warehouse and inventory control working experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in office administration preferred but not essential.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literacy. This position uses Windows, Outlook, Excel, Words and Oracle ERP daily.
  • Strong mathematics skills.
  • Working knowledge with physical stock counts and SOP.
  • Must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without direct supervisor and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.
