Job Description


  • Liaise and work closely with internal sales and external parties to provide logistics services. 
  • Manage warehouse and record the in and out, updating the inventory record. 
  • Organise professional on time delivery and installation service for our affluent clients. 
  • Monitor inbound shipment unloading and put-away process.
  • Handle import/ export documents, shipment booking and customs declaration with logistic vendors.
  • Closely communicate with US, Germany and Italy suppliers on transportation/ loading arrangement, repair issues and so on through emails 
  • Manage airfreight, shipment and local transportation with key suppliers. 
  • Liaise with craftsmen on repairment, damage or defect issues.
  • Update accurate inventory reports for management and directors review.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by management team


  • Matriculate or above
  • 8 years experience in warehousing /logistics
  • Experience of working in a retail service environment is an advantage
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Excel
  • Also fluent in English and Putonghua both in writing and speaking
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, hardworking, and able to work independently and under pressure.
