About the Job:
Ensure smooth logistic operations and on time delivery from distribution centers to markets. Work closely with internal and external customers to support business activities.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Handle order fulfillment with warehouse and arrange transportation to meet customers demand
- Knowledge on customs declarations and compliance including CO, Form D, Form E for ASEAN markets
- Order processing and data maintenance in systems
- Prepare reports on logistics operations
- Coordinate with internal and external customers to maintain a smooth operation and build up good relationship with markets
- Monitor inventory and stock flows, as well as perform stock takes
- Handle quality issues
- Operate Tradelink declaration
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 2 yrs relevant working experience
- Highly organized, efficient, and customer-driven, with a detail-oriented mindset
- Preferably with knowledge and experience in China customs regulations and Tradelink declaration
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in computer application, including Excel & Word
- Experience in ERP system is preferred
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
- Excellent communication, time and change management skills
