Job Description

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Day to day logistics operation and support of Company's Buying Program
  • Assist in shipment planning & booking, vendor management, container utilization and logistics system maintenance
  • Prepares shipping cost calculation to support Buying tendering and ensures correct costing is available in a timely manner.
  • Processing of shipping documents.
  • Liaison and coordination with freight forwarders, vendors and national logistics teams.
  • Handling of logistics related inbound/outbound matters.

Other key requirements include:

  • diploma holder or above in relevant discipline
  • 1-2 years' logistics experience, welcome candidates from freight forwarder / shipping company
  • Excellent communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
