Job Description

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Management of ocean freight shipment data and handle shipment scheduling and planning
  • Conduct analysis in preparation of volume forecast for freight forwarder/carrier
  • Monitor the daily Ocean Freight Consolidation Operations Process
  • Preparation of required shipment status and KPIs reports
  • Support in preparation of Ocean Freight Contract tendering/bidding process
  • Coordination with Freight forwarder, country logistics department, and suppliers on any operations issues and queries

Other key requirements include:

  • diploma holder or above in relevant discipline
  • A min. of 2 years' logistics experience, welcome candidates from freight forwarder / shipping company is a plus
  • Excellent communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
