Job Description

You will be responsible to manage the loyalty marketplace, which include but not limited to gather and fine tune the product information from partners, upload information to the website, follow up the after-redemption process, and prepare reports. In addition, you need to provide daily support and perform any administrative task assigned from the team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To create, update and maintain a quality pool of general partner pitching materials in a systematic manner and ensure it is ready for various types of business partnership discussions for Head of Loyalty and Partnership Managers.
  • To develop creative illustrations and videos for partner pitching purposes.
  • To provide occasional translation support for pitching materials.
  • To provide administration support in contract document including but not limited to prepare pitching and sales kits materials, corresponding logistical and contact arrangements.

  • To provide constant word processing support (English and Chinese) in the preparation of business partnership transaction documents; 
  • To assist Partnership Manager and work closely with service vendor on reconciling transactions and invoices in long term.
  • To produce financial and operational performance reports on existing business partners with data analyses, charts and tables.
  • To provide support on launching products in marketplace.
  • To develop from Partnership Analyst and then to Partnership & Alliance Manager as long term career objective.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.
  • Prefer to have 1-2 years’ working experience in mobile and online marketing with proven track record, experienced in digital agencies will be an advantage.
  • Creative, energetic, self-driven, independent, proactive, and highly result-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Able to work in a fast-pace environment and multi-task is a MUST.
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skill.
  • Good command of written and spoken English or Chinese.
  • Any additional or competent language skills is a plus. 
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
