Job Description

A leader within the concierge services field is now seeking for high calibre candidates to join their team. If you have strong passion in the F&B, travel, retail or luxury lifestyle industry then this will be an excellent role for you! Client Details

Our client has over 20 years of history in the concierge services industry and they have over 15 offices across US, Asia and Europe. They are now expanding their lifestyle concierge team in Hong Kong and they are seeking for candidates with strong knowledge in the F&B, retail, travel or luxury lifestyle industry to join their reputable team.


  • Deliver professional and excellent consultative services to customers
  • Provide support to customer's reservations and ticketing needs
  • Advise wine and dine experience to customers according to their needs
  • Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manners
  • Tailor concierge services according to customer's specific needs
  • Assist with ad hoc duties when assigned


  • Minimum 1 year of customer services experience, preferably from the hospitality industry
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good spoken Mandarin is a definite advantage
  • Outstanding customer service mind-set with strong interpersonal skills
