Job Description

Mailroom Lead / Mailroom Operator

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Sort, filter and distribute mails/fax to pigeonhole/employees
  • General administrative works such as filing documents, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationeries and water ordering
  • Manage daily newspaper delivery and distribution
  • Handle invoices and statements
  • Keep track of inventory and stock
  • Ensure health and safety practices are in place with the work area
  • Support in meeting room preparation and company event set up
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Mailroom Lead 

 Requirements

  • School certificate qualification with 1 year of experience of mailroom/office administration
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Basic computer skill
