Program Highlights

Management trainees are crucial to the future success of TAL Apparel. Our 2-year management trainee program is designed to prepare you for a fast-track career and develop you to become our future leaders. Management trainees in TAL Apparel receive great exposure across sales, merchandising, fabric & material sourcing as well as in other corporate functions like strategy, sustainability, market analytics, etc. With various classroom and on-the-job trainings, cross-functional projects and top management exposure opportunities, our management trainees are proven to be hugely successful in TAL Apparel.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for outstanding final-year undergraduates of all disciplines or graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.  Join us if you possess the following qualities:

  • Excellent command of English; Chinese is not mandatory
