The Management Trainee Program is a tailor-made program exclusively for those young people who would like to commit their future career in the logistics sector. After the completion of the program, trainee will be posted as junior managerial staff in the Company.
Period of Training Program: 3 years on-job training & development program
Contents of Program:
Right candidate will be assigned to work in different functional units namely, operations, customer services, marketing/sales and supply chain management under job rotation. Each period of job rotation will be last for 6 to 9 months to ensure trainee to have hand-on experience in each functional business unit.
The Company will assign its senior managerial staff as mentor to coach trainee to ensure each trainee to be well-trained as per his/her ability
After job rotation in each respective functional unit, trainee will be gone through a formal evaluation jointly by his/her mentor as well as his/her functional head
Trainee who successfully completed the Training Program will be promoted as one of the junior managerial staff of the Company.
Tentative Recruitment schedule:
February to March : 1st round interview
March to April : 2nd round interview & Management Panel interview
June : Commencement
