Multi Skills Development

Job rotation among various departments / functions of Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group with a focus on practical frontline operation which offering you a diverse skillset training

 

Operations Management 

Understand day-to-day management of retail shops and sales analysis performance.  Recommend sales strategies to enhance work performance.  Build and maintain excellent relationship with potential clients and to extend the mapping of customer base

 

Customized Learning Journey

Innovative courses on personal, leadership and management development as well as comprehensive products knowledge etc. will be offered.  Also, participation in various corporate events such as Cross Company Leadership Forum, Annual Conference, marketing activities, social activities with Senior Management, etc. will also widen your horizon and unleash the potential for development

 

Mentors & Buddies

Senior Executives and buddies will share past experience and advice as well as providing guidance and insights to you during your professional development

 

Requirements

  • University graduates from any disciplines.  For those with less than 3 years of working experience are also welcome
  • Passionate with keen interest in pursuing career in luxury retail / jewellery industry
  • Proactive, result-driven with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Shift duty is required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Shortlisted candidates may undergo various recruitment process including panel interview session
