The Executive Education Office of the HKUST Business School is a leading provider of world-class educational programs to executives and companies from Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland and overseas. The Office is searching for a capable and dynamic individual to fill the position of Manager.
Reporting to the Program Director of the Executive Education Office, the appointee will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies of the non-degree programs for business executives, and the development and effective running of open programs and custom programs. The appointee will also be responsible for the profit and loss of individual program under his/her responsibilities and helping his/her team to achieve the financial target.
Applicants should have a recognized degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Management, with at least 7 years relevant post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate must be a mature and resourceful person with outstanding relevant marketing, business development and event management experience. Solid experience in high-end executive programs is an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills (in both English and Putonghua), computer skills and analytical skills are needed. He/She must also be able to work independently and under pressure with high initiative and very strong business sense. Working outside normal office hours and overseas travels are required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
