Job Description


  • Oversee and monitor agency performance and implement action plan to align with company’s direction
  • Work closely with sales leaders to provide insurance product training, and drive the business growth
  • Assist in market intelligence and market research
  • Promote company culture and directional messages to the agency force
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time


  • University graduate with at least 8 years relevant experience in insurance industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong business drive
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
