Job Description

Role Summary:

Facilitate agency channel to conduct IFP business in all aspect . Support Company key intiatives to drive IFP business and conduct product and admin training to agency channel

Result Areas:

  • Effectively conduct training and morning meeting to support agency to conduct IFP business
  • Support Company key initiatives to drive IFP business.
  • Proactive to handle agency enquiry regarding IFP related matters.
  • Must be team player with a view of cusotmer first ( Agency force).
  • Acting as a key channel to receive agency feedback for improvment

Experience & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, education or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience, at least five years with insurance- experience in the life insurance industry
  • Front-line sales, product, underwriting or customer services experience preferred
  • Training/public presentation experience preferred


  • Insurance Product knowledge and willingness to learn new products and procedures
  • Good presentation, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Public speech skills are preferred
  • Customer focus and result-oriented
  • A good team player while working independently
  • Good command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
