We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager / Assistant Manager, Performance and Reward (6 months contract).

Principal responsibilities

  • Provide support in reviewing policies relating to reward and benefits for Hong Kong and overseas offices
  • Implement the Bank’s well-being initiatives and benefits communications
  • Provide support in compensation and benefits projects
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and package review

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR management, with exposure to C&B management in financial institutions an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of reward management concepts and practices, employment ordinance and HR related regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure, with good communication, analytical and project management skills
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for as Assistant Manager, Performance and Reward.)
