On behalf of clients, we are seeking high calibre candidates for the following:  

Positions: Manager/Assistant Manager/Sr Specialist/Specialist - Business Development/Client Services (General Insurance, Pensions, Group Medical) - 4 posts

Positions offered would be depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidates.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:    

To execute any of the following job functions:    

a).  Manager/Assistant Manager (General Insurance Brokerage Client Servicing) - Japanese speaking 

  •  Building and maintaining business relationships with existing and potential Japanese clients
  •  Discussing and assessing clients' current and future insurance needs
  • Researching insurance policies and products
  • Negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance providers
  • Review policies and make coverage recommendations
  • Arranging insurance cover for clients with the insurance provider
  • Advising clients on making claims on their policies
  • Follow up outstanding premiums with clients
  • Advising clients on making claims on their policies
  • Renewing or amending existing policies for clients
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation
  • Marketing services
  • To assist in ad-hoc duties when required 

b).  Manager (Employee Benefits Business Development) 

  • Provide input for formulating sales & marketing strategies and responsible for the subsequent implementation
  • Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
  • Compile regular sales reports to management and distribution channels for business review  

c).  Assistant Manager (Senior Specialist) / Specialist) - Employee Benefits Business Development - 2 posts

  • Achieve sales targets as assigned by working with distribution channels in developing Pensions (80%) & Group business (20%)
  • Provide input for formulating sales & marketing strategies and responsible for the subsequent implementation
  • Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
  • Compile regular sales reports to management and distribution channels for business review 

d).  Specialist - Employee Benefits Business Development

  • Achieve sales targets as assigned by working with distribution channels in developing Pensions (80%) & Group business (20%)
  • Provide input for formulating sales & marketing strategies and responsible for the subsequent implementation
  • Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
  • Compile regular sales reports to management and distribution channels for business review 

REQUIREMENTS:    

A.  General Requirements 

  • Associate degree, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
  • Highly adaptable to changes with flexible and positive working attitude
  • Good analytical skills with sensitivity to figures
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)     

B.  Experience Requirements   

a).  for Manager/Assistant Manager (General Insurance Brokerage) - Japanese speaking requires Japanese speaking with at least 5 years or above relevant experience. 

b).  for Manager (Employee Benefits Business Development) requires at least 5 years' experience in pension sales, preferably with experience in distribution channel sales operation  

c).  for Assistant Manager/Senior Specialist (Employee Benefits Business Development) requires at least 5 years' experience in pension sales, preferably with experience in distribution channel sales operation 

d).  for Specialist (Employee Benefits Business Development) requires at least 3 years' experience in pension & group sales, preferably with experience in agency distribution channel sales operation.
